Mark practices in the areas of general business law, real estate law, securities, banking, contracts and general commercial transactions. He also regularly assists clients in the resolution of business-related disputes. Mark has over 25 years of experience representing clients in complex business and real estate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and sole proprietorships; the formation, capitalization and organization of closely-held businesses; public securities offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities; and commercial loan transactions. He also counsels clients in the acquisition, sale, leasing and development of commercial and residential real estate.
Prior to attending law school, Mark was employed by an international accounting firm where he was involved in the auditing of multinational oil and gas companies.
